Support Options

Basic Support: Contact us with any bug related problems or configuration help with basic support  through our forums. Advanced Support requires a support plan. Support hours are generally between 10am-4pm Monday – Thursday – Eastern Standard Time.

Advanced Support: This includes everything in the basic support package. We will answer any customization questions and will give you a more hands up approach to support, contact us by skype, email or phone and we will help you out. Support hours are generally between 10am-4pm Monday – Thursday,  Eastern Standard Time. Please note if you do not have a support package you will be directed to post your issue on the wordpress forums.
