A long awaited add-on for the Client Document Manager, the Form Manager allows you to build custom forms in the administration panel and let your clients submit those forms so you can manage the data.
In the administration panel you are given the ability to drag and drop fields and build your form out with up to 10 different field types, set required fields and defaults so users fill out the correct data. The submissions area allow you to sort and view submissions for each form
In the user area the client is presented with an “Add Form” button which allows them to add any of the forms you created, the form will then be added to the client document manager just like any document. The user has the ability to go back and edit the form fields and the administrator always has the ability to view the form. The form generates a pdf after each safe so you have a hard copy of the submission.
